Spicy Tuna is the hidden Gem of Las Vegas conveniently located next to Trader Joes on Eastern and Coronado Center Dr. Everything is made from scratch and changes daily. Eddie has a great sensitivity for the nuances of every fish he handles and manages his preparation accordingly. His breadth and depth of knowledge and his phenomenal skills are strictly at the service of creating a fulfilling, meaningful meal unlike anything else in the Vegas valley.

Spicy Tuna’s preparation is reduced to a delicate balance that requires impeccable selection of raw materials and flawless, original execution. Sushi is an artist's craft, requiring an understanding of tradition and constant evolution and innovation.
